Terry Drake '78 Retires as FWC ALumni Director

Coach Drake to all FWC Alumni:

"Alongside our Alumni Council, Class Reps, and other great FWC alums, our Alumni Relations team has made great strides over the last few years to communicate and connect with our alumni. I am proud of all that we have accomplished together! I have decided that it is time for me to retire from this position to spend more time with my nonprofit, Drake Athletics, which impacts the lives of underserved kids, families, and the communities in which they live. It has been an honor to serve alongside you for the past two and a half years. Thank you for all of the ways you’ve encouraged me in this role.

CARDINAL FOOTBALL ALUMS ENJOY COLLEGE POST-SEASON!

Scott Symons '04, Defensive Coordinator for SMU, led the Mustangs to their first CFB playoff berth and an undefeated season, their first in the ACC! Scott also received the 2024 Graphite Award which recognizes the most efficient offensive and defensive playcaller in each Division I football conference. He is also a Semifinalist for the Broyles Award which honors college football's top assistant coach. Congratulations, Scott!

Jacob Trimble '23 Wide Receiver Montana State Bobcats

Jacob Trimble '23 and Montana State enjoyed an undefeated regular season before falling to North Dakota State in the FCS National Championship. Jacob is both wide receiver and punt returner for the Bobcats. Well done, Jacob!

JENKINS LEADS FWC GRANDPARENT PRAYER GROUP

Grandparents Pray Group Meets in January 2025 for the first prayer meeting!

Suzan (Owen) Jenkins '70 was asked by FWC President and Head of School, Dr. Terry Rodgers, to lead our new FWC "Grandparents Pray" group! With a good turnout in January, their next in-person prayer meeting is March 20 at 9:00 am in the FWC Campus Center (Cafeteria).
