Sports Performance

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9

Cade Garcia serves as the Director of Sports Performance at Fort Worth Christian School, bringing a strong background in collegiate athletics, strength and conditioning, and athlete development. A former NCAA Division I football player at Texas A&M University, Coach Garcia understands firsthand what it takes to compete and succeed at the highest levels.

A 2018 graduate of Fort Worth Christian School, Cade was a multi-sport athlete who earned numerous honors and awards during his time as a Cardinal. He was a member of the 2016 State Championship football team and competed with excellence across several athletic programs, laying the foundation for his passion in sports performance and leadership.

Cade earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and gained valuable experience working with elite athletes as part of the Texas A&M Football Strength & Conditioning Staff. There, he helped design and lead performance programs focused on improving strength, speed, and sport-specific conditioning across multiple positions. He also served as a coach for the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp, where he worked closely with aspiring athletes on technique, development, and character. He holds certifications from USA Weightlifting and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Coach Garcia is committed to training FWC athletes with excellence—helping them become stronger, faster, and more resilient while honoring Christ through discipline, humility, and hard work.
