12th Annual Golf Tournament (September 30)

The 12th Annual Golf Tournament, benefitting the FWC athletic program, will be held Friday, September 30, 2011, at Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club. Please check in by 7:30 a.m. for a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m.

The regular entry fee is $125 per person. Sponsorships are available as follows:

  • Tournament Sponsor (includes 4 entry fees and one-year billboard ad in the Cardinal Gym or football stadium) - $2,500
  • Cardinal Corporate Sponsor (includes 3 entry fees) - $1,000
  • Gold Sponsor (includes 2 entry fees) - $500
  • Silver Sponsor - $250
  • Bronze Sponsor - $150

You may complete your registration online with the form below. Checks should be made payable to Fort Worth Christian School and sent to Jenny Freytag in the athletic office.
