Summer Camps

Parent Release Form

Our Summer Camps are listed below. Our registration this year will be handled online. Payments should turned in to Jenny Freytag in the Athletic Office. Online payments are no longer accepted.

  • Look over the list and decide which camp(s) your child will attend.
  • Click on the link provided to read information flyers about the camp(s).
  • If you need to contact the coach in charge of the camp, use the email link provided.
  • Once you decide which camps to register for, then complete the online registration form below. Please complete an online registration form for each child attending one or more camps. 
  • Please send a check (made payable to Fort Worth Christian School) for each camp your child is attending to Jenny Freytag in the Athletic Office. DO NOT SEND ONE CHECK FOR ALL CAMPS.
  • You will also need to sign a Parent Release Form and return it to Jenny Freytag in the Athletic Office. One Parent Release Form will cover all the camps one child is attending.
  • Check the date in the last column for the last day to register online for a camp. Since the Strength and Agility Camp meets in both June and July, the online registration for it will remain open until July 1.
  • Online registration has been closed for camps listed in red.
