In summary, athletic trainers are medically licensed professionals who specialize in the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. In an effort to provide the best quality care possible to our student athletes, a team approach can be utilized when treating sports injuries. The sports medicine team here at FWC is composed of team physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, on-campus nurses, coaches, student athletic trainers, and most importantly, the parents. Trinity Orthopedics is recognized as the official medical provider for Fort Worth Christian School's athletic program. Dr. Larry Kjeldgaard and Dr. Ryan Modlinski serve as our team physicians, both offer services to FWC such as athletic physicals, sports medicine care, imaging, and orthopedic surgery. Special arrangements have been developed for FWC athletes that will allow them to be examined in a timely manner. By staying within the Trinity Orthopedics network, FWC athletes can benefit from the personalized care that they deserve.
