Physical exam results must be on file before participation in any sport. Class trips, banquets, academic meets, and other activities are optional and at student's expense. Some courses in high school may require additional books or material.

| For multiple student in the same immediate family, the student in the highest grade pays full tuition, the student in the next highest grade receives a 10% discount, the third student receives a 20% discount, and the fourth or any additional students receives a 30% discount. |
| There is also a one-time Facility Use Fee of $1500 charged to each new FWC family in grades K-12. |
