| All payment plans must be started within the first 30 days after enrollment and completed by the end of March 2013. If enrolling after the July 13 deadline, the lower tution amount applies if paid within 30 days. |

Physical exam results must be on file before participation in any sport. Class trips, banquets, academic meets, and other activities are optional and at student's expense. Some courses in high school may require additional books or material.

| For multiple student in the same immediate family, the student in the highest grade pays full tuition, the student in the next highest grade receives a 5% discount, the third student receives a 10% discount, and the fourth or any additional students receives a 15% discount during the same semester. |
| There is also a one-time Facility Use Fee of $1500 charged to each new FWC family in grades K-12. This will only affect new families enrolling for the first time. The fee may be added to payment plans through FACTS or paid to the school over a two-year period. |
